Here are the four (4) most interesting sides of this gentleman that you may not know:

• He’s a grassroots politician, with 100% loyalty to our great party, the Delta State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the past governors of his state, especially Senator (Dr,) Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, and to his present governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, whom he supported right from the outset, at the expense of his own kinsman, Olorogun David Edevbie.
• He’s the Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.
• He’s a grassroots sports administrator and football (soccer) coach.
• He’s a traditional chief in his Ughelli kingdom.

By this time next month, March 2024, Chief Adode will be bowing out of office and saying ‘Goodbye’, after a meritorious service to the people of Ughelli North Local Government Area, including the refurbishing and the rebranding of Ughelli Township Stadium, for the teeming youths of the area.

Having served and delivered the dividends of democracy to the people of Ughelli and Deltans at large, I’m asking that the government of our dear state considers him for a position in our sports administration office to enable him to bless us with his wealth of knowledge in sports.

With Delta State being the sporting hub of Nigeria, we need a grassroots sports administrator like him to help us groom our future sports ambassador.

While wishing Chief Adode a happy completion of his tenure as the Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government, I implore our amiable governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, to consider this grassroots politician cum grassroots sports developer for a position in our sports office, with a view to boosting our sports administration machinery.
